only when it’s fully separated and stand alone would they green light it and send it on its way.

my guess is there will be some rapid fire announcements in May :

1. Successful remediation of PFSL & cap lifted
2. Sentenial sale of business - maybe not
3. EML sale of remainder of business (Unrestricted, in full growth mode with hopefully with a PT $2-$2.50 in front of it
