So GDY now have to make a very quick decision.

If they cranked out the announcement as a routine exercise, like washing this weeks teacups, then they need to correct this error quickly.

Because this has all the necessary elements of a newsy disaster.

- It's emotional
- It's doctor's-surgery frightening, and doctor has no solution
- And the next steps are plugging wells

Ok if GDY are as just as worried as we are, then they should just get on with it -- in the face of a rout.

I hope long termers will support them because they have an outstanding track record to date.
