those are some interesting figures.
1.5b would build a new generation 1000MW coal plant ($1.3m per MW) but ball park solar (even large scale) are $5-7m per MW.
Small scale (the panels on yr roof) are $13m per MW.
So, to me, those $ don't work.
Those figures are BEFORE transmission, which as you would all know is GDY's major above-the-ground issue.
