there are plenty who have gold in the ground who the market does not value, that's been the AME story for a few years. not saying I can't see a MC several times current but you only need to look at the capital structure and trade volumes to know that without an offer this thing will go backwards before it goes forwards. no point dropping the offer to buy on market that only puts the basis for your next offer up and we now have 3 would be king makers and one want to be king, that's a messy (and unlikely to be happy) story for everyone.
