I agree, except for now atleast the presence of the takeover will hinder the process of raising and we need cash in order for the drills to continue turning in the longer term. The other aspect is this now clearly needs to be a production play as the lockup in the register means there is no new party is coming in who can be successful without all three of the key players being on the team and there is atleast 1 of those players that I can't see a reason they would join any offer that was not their own, so long road to the finish line and no doubt much reaching into the pockets to stump up capital.
