personally i think they should have a flat bed truck/hiab that drops off a skid which contains all the bricks and also has a built in lifting mechanism the load the bricks straight from the skid and into the truck - This is so you only need the 1 operator on site
If theres an operator and an assistant then they could directly load from the flatbed to the HX, this method will require drivers to remain onsite from start to end.
