"Completion of the Site Acceptance Testing will trigger a US$600,000 payment by CRH Ventures to FBR".
So all FBR need to do is carry out an indoor and outdoor test at the US factory and they'll pocket US$600K. If they can build a house in 1-2 days then this could take <1 week, so I'd expect to see the ann of this payment this month.
