In regards to CR which I hope they can hang on until after SAT/demo/JV, FBR still have 50 million shares that they issued to pivacs that expired and now belong to FBR. At current price that is close to 2.5 million in cash, these shares are already issued just not paid for and have to be sold. FBR can then use cash.

there is also 150 million shares issued to Pivacs that expire end of year I think. They are loaned at around 4c, anything above pivacs keep so that is another 6 mill or so.

then the 6 mill US for the 3 trucks under construction for last year or so (hopefully due shortly).

few options for cash rather then just straight CR, be nice to not go too early here.
