although fbr may ultimately be responsible for the footings and slabs, I’m sure they would be contracting this work out to their preferred supplier. This would be a way for fbr to de-risk the project for inspired homes. Not at all something to worry about in my opinion. Just may be needed at this early stage given the infancy of robotic construction. Go fbr!!!
