I also pointed out back then how this is a possible patent infringement or at least a trademark infringement as well for FBR. There was another interview by Mark where someone already asked this very question. Mark's reply was that they will look into it. Given the circumstances, it is imperative that FBR be successful to establish DST/HX in the US as fast as possible to capture the mind shares. I hope Johnathan, our patent lawyer will look at this seriously. You might be aware fighting or launching a lawsuit is not an easy or certain task. Could take years.
