This is the design the builders opted for , who cares why they know exactly what they’re building and supplying to their client, we all know what HX has built in Perth and is quite capable of much more , what ever they throw at it we won’t have a problem Imo as it’s already been done . We have 30 structure that have passed all relevant designs and Australian building codes from single storey homes to double storey townhouses to large commercial centres , Florida will be no different this is validation building Codes have been met and it’s all go from here imo
