what do you think they have done by hand? the hardrian lays blocks-its laid blocks! the blocks are compliant and certified, the house will still need tradesman to do things which will also be certified later, basic building methodolgy...you sound like you dont understand the purpose of hadrian, this you troopy on the misses account?
