One area that hasn't been much discussed here is the potential for Hadrian to dovetail with other prefab and robotic initiatives. If a build is given to Hadrian, that means level 1/2 flooring, top level walls and roof can be factory fabricated to the nearest mm or two and delivered to site knowing the computer, not brickies, has definitely installed blockwork according to the drawing to the nearest mm. That may reduce cost and certainly time. We are entering a world where we really don't want those who are keen/prepared to be tradies to be doing unskilled labour, they should be doing the tricky stuff really only a human can. There's no shortage of people wanting to do white collar jobs, but without much migration, there will be for the actual physical hard work. China has massive problem with unemployment of youth in this way, cause their parents were setting them up for 'high value add' indoor work, not using their hands.
