Pretty sure Mike mentioned they were still within contract negotiations with our largest volume builder. Likely the third builder yet to be announced. Possible this is Lennar or DRH. It's possible they won't release a video until contract negotiations with this final builder have completed. FBR are probably in silence/lock-down mode until this happens.
