Did anyone notice via Bloomberg last night that Biden just gave the US building industry $100 million to help their home supply deficit? Not a lot of money in terms of the size of their problem (4.5 million house deficit), but good timing from a FBR marketing perspective. And maybe a boost for the prospect of FBR JV opportunity.
