From what I can see the SAT engineer gave the apprentice its trade certificate. Now being a tradesman it can go out into the world and lay blocks. Thats why I’m guessing it only laid blocks not a complete wall with reo, corefill, damp course etc etc.
When does the wind loading and destructive tests etc happen to get this product into the building code?
