Not sure about 98% complete, however Mike did say the US Chassis were still 2-3 months away on current delivery schedule. Also that they have previously had earlier delivery dates for these chassis which have been pushed back.
They were exploring Isuzu trucks as another option given delivery issues on Mack trucks. Would have thought this is for the 4th, 5th ... etc US Hadrian X's, as they certainly cannot afford to wait 12+ months for future Mack deliveries. However for the Isuzu trucks, they are needing to get approvals for compliance with US emission standards.
