Lennar is partnering with ICON (e.g. Wolf Ranch Georgetown, Texas, https://www.lennar.com/new-homes/texas/austin-central-texas/georgetown/wolf-ranch). D.R. Horton has invested in Apis Cor (https://www.builderonline.com/building/d-r-horton-invests-in-3d-printing-robot-manufacturer-apis-cor_o).

Apis Cor is in my opinion the most advanced 3D-Printer company to build toothpaste houses. A typical 1 story single-family home (2,000 ft2) can be 3D printed by Frank (name of the 3D-Printer) within 40 hours of non-stop equipment working time. ( https://blog.apis-cor.com/apis-cor-most-frequently-asked-questions-answered )

In my opinion, FBR is significantly better than both 3D printer companies. Faster, cleaner, the interior work is easier, it is a familiar building environment for craftsmen, vendors and subcontractors, the production costs are lower and therefore the houses can be offered cheaper, the maintenance is easier, the number of patents is impressive and DST is also very interesting for 3D printer companies. etc.

Even though D.R. Horton has already invested in Apis Cor, they are one of the builders for me. They can't ignore CRH either, as they have a virtual monopoly position in the cement segment, among other things. Without Cement, no 3D printed homes! Added to this is the shortage of personnel, the need for houses, the improvement of quality, the reduction of prices and especially climate change, which will particularly affect the southern states in the USA are playing into the hands of CRH and FBR! If CRH produces all of the blocks patented by FBR, companies like Wienerberger, Xella etc. will also be scared. CRH is a giant! As soon as the contract with CRH is signed, Liebherr gets involved and the marketing is right, global success can hardly be stopped!

The next few weeks will be very exiting! FBR is on track!
