1. Half the population wants higher property prices and capital gains
2. Half the population wants lower property prices if they are renting or homeless or new home buyers
More efficient building methods need to provide benefits to both groups, but especially the second group
Too much shareholder wealth = too little benefit to first home buyers, home renters and the homeless
As a new shareholder I would like to see fast adoption of better building methods and fair sharing of savings
The right balance has the potential to be a tremendous success story for all concerned
