That’s exactly what happened in Perth with HX building next to conventionally built homes , comparing the 2 sites was like a tornado going through a build next door and FBR site untouched. Seen it first hand and watched it , in winter HX was working and on build next door no trades in site , same as summer when temperatures got to 37degrees brickies packed up and went home or Pub . Now you see slabs everywhere loaded up with bricks and it sits there for weeks or months before you see a team starting WHY ? Yep no trades .
