CRH is Americas largest brick block supplier , they have loyal contacts and many builders who they supply . If investors are pouring dollars into other automation and ICON is valued at 2 billion dollars !! which takes 2 + weeks to complete a 170m2 structure ! set up and pack up times and much more labour intensive than HX , all the information on ICON are very vague, costs , to labour costs , to what’s involved in the who process, to the amount of labour required , it can only work in certain climates , CRH know this “TIME IS MONEY” CRH is throwing , Time , Money & Resources at FBR and they want exclusivity with this joint venture, think about it , it’s as clear as day of what’s going on. CRH need FBR and FBR need CRH in order to move into the automation race , ICON are worth 2 billion dollars in USA , already have 100’s of builds under their belt , you know why because AMERICAN investors love innovation, Australian builders on the other hand are still stuck and set in their ways , remember builders working with ICON are working around ICON and are not using traditional methods , where HX is using traditional materials and builders need very little change to work with them , HX 10 structures in 10 days , with 3 workers only or ICON 2 + weeks for 1 structure and more labour , imo ICON is doing FBR a favour , it will make all the investors and who is who in the industry compare the 2 and guess who will win ? It’s a no brainer imo time to buy another big parcel while I can at these ridiculous prices , think what the SP would have been now if FBR were in America and had started at the same time ICON did ? Imo this is going to turn the American construction industry up side down and CRH will fast track all processes to get as many HX on site as possible. Just my thoughts reading between the lines and not financial advise .
