Going thru the video at the moment. But note, its from 2022. This pre-dates, the recent iCon DST development.

Regardless, if DST is mentioned, this is evidence of "intent". Let me reiterate how serious this is to me as a shareholder.
The patent system is supposed to reward innovators, its supposed to prevent out right theft like this.
Its supposed to encourage cross-licensing, patent licensing. If we let iCON get away with this, we would be bankrupt.
Our efforts, FBR efforts, Mikes/Marks/Pivacs/Angel invesotrs will be for nothing.
It doesn't matter if the market is big enough or not. Its to try and have a proper reward/incentive system for innovators.
Look at Intel/AMD cross-manufacturing licensing. Intel at the behest of IBM at the time, cross-licensed the x86 IP to AMD as a 2nd supplier.
You can argue that worked really well, AMD is at the leading edge now.
But, Intel benefit tremendously because there is a bigger market for both.
I'm not against iCON using DST/brick laying patent. I'm against iCon using it without due respect/compensation/reward back to its original innovator.
