    You would hope they got the proposed build sites sorted? I would have expected the concrete for at least one of those to have been poured and announced to the market by now, if FBR were well organised and ready to execute without further delays? I hope FBR are not planning on locking themselves in a shed and undergo further endless tinkering to "acclimatise" the HX to US conditions!
