I really dont think that they will need to tinker more. They to their time to send it. They are not sending it half baked.
in a different thread, it was discussed that the 8 weeks is a loss of money. Have no doubt that things are being organised. Deals done. Slabs poured. Construction of 3+ hadrians continues.
I fully expect them to hit the ground running. (Mike said at the AGM that it will be building when it arrives)
SAT is a forgone conclusion.
