    I hate repeating myself, but this is exactly why I said I have faith in management.

    Should CRH wants a TO, BKW would also be a partner there to contend with. It gets more complicated, the more significant shareholders you have.
    BKW has its chance, the fact they did not take it shows a lot.

    I have faith in managment.
