If the SP was 10c, the market cap would be $500m. If they had to do 1 more CR at that price, 15% would equate to $75m. That would be enough to keep their overheads running for 2 years and manufacture 25 Hadrians. That would kick-start things massively IMO.
Even better if there is no more dilution, but having a constant 25 Hadrians on the production line ready to be deployed would move things along much faster.
