The real biggie is the Hf, with a stable QA assured supply of Hafnium more industries would be inclined to use it instead of alternatives.
Point to note GE is going under! Why? Fukushima I believe that Fukushima rods used non Hafnium alternative.
Kick in the plethora of uses for Hf sidelined due to supply issues
