Good question . When an announcement says 'upgrade' don't you normally get a reference point ie was ... is now a x% increase or some such and normally a qualifying statement by the CEO- not just a pleased to announce. Certainly not clear to a non miner how good this is or isn't so an educated perspective would be good. Sounds like there is enough resource proven to stop drilling and start mining !! But that is wishful thinking .... more drilling always seems to be the go....
