The form 604's were coming out in early Nov already - B Morgan dropped over 100 million shares in the weeks leading up to this so there was nothing unknown when preempt posted this on the 14th Nov. You insinuate there's impropriety or even inside trading?
You assume it's the same UK cornerstones that both bailed and the supported the Haggan CR? I'm fairly sure it wasn't - Occams Razor et al.....
