I honestly think management really wanted the SP to jump yesterday and are trying to give the market another "hello, here we are"... I understand what is happening here with the attempt to get the SP higher so as to prevent massive dilution... but the market we are in today doesn't work like that... we all know they need money.... get the CR out of the way, then we will see a massive re-rate and a jump in the SP...
its pretty simple really.... a staged pump and dump may happen to attempt a higher SP... see what happens... personally I think we would be trading in the 1-1.5cent range if the CR was out of the way..
the potential as we all know is massive here... they just need to manage it right, the market is ruthless today and not very forgiving... ...
