Instead of wasting my time as a shareholder and trying to get more money out of me if a capital raising is need and have my own shares diluted why don't they go to the bank and borrow the funds or have supposedly one of the wealthy shareholders step in and do something instead of having me losing my money

No communication everyone is in the dark,mixed signals,changes of strategy,management changes and then they would come to a shareholder and ask for money

Disappointed and this is ridiculous and shameful in my opinion
