I think the management is now very reticent to announce anything til the approval is granted. There was perhaps too much confidence in the lead up to the FDA visit last year that this was a ‘done deal’. Once bitten………
Having said that, radio silence is a little unnerving, but my understanding is that the issues were almost exclusively around technical data that needed to be sought about the properties of Technegas. I imagine that this is because it is rather old tech, that has been in use for so long that these types of data were not required in the past.
CEO has a lot of shares so I’m sure he and the team have their head down.
