Yes - the name of the game seems to be supply destruction, its up to the high cost western producers whether thats temporary supply destruction, or permanent supply destruction.
By concentrating all the supply into Chinese owned Indonesian domiciled capacity, the industry is increasing the potential risks of a supply disruption event from political/exchange rate/environmental/weather related factors/disruptions in the future.
