Inconsequential issues like environmental impact, anti-bribery and corruption rules and health and safety of employees? Bet these are not inconsequential to the people living near or working in the Indonesian nickel mines. Really need buyers/ users of nickel to be held to account to purchase ethically produced nickel to level the playing field but suspect this will be a while off so agree that in the meantime C&M might be best path
