Good analysis. I had a business that was a potential acquisition for them and I didn't believe the story about growth and selling for shares in their business (and locking them up for years), and I'm very glad I didn't do it....
It looks to me that they don't really have a strategy that makes sense to differentiate themselves from the market of small tier Telco's/MSPs. There are many companies that compete in their space and they don't appear to provide anything that would get the market to change carriers/MSPs to move to their products and services. It feels more like a chasing of money/opportunities wherever they are to be had. Growth is miniscule and they never make money (forget 'underlying' Ebitda which is easily manipulated to whatever narrative you want to put to it.
