Yes you are correct.

The company has stated on page 13 of the report that they are already involved in procuring additional funds via raising equity. Possibly a share raising to institutions or sophisticated investors.

At the end of the day we will have less reliance on the banks and hence minimising our financial risk. The flip side is more shares on the register.

I think this has been the only thing holding the companies SP down. Once sorted should reflect true value better as the RISK of not able to finance the project is removed.
