    @Poet - if I were a member of 'The Great Technical Team' (a lovely term, I don't know where it sprang from, but easily as good as 'The Imminent Permit to apply for a Permit) !!! --- now where was I?
    Oh yes! I should get a consultant to give independent advice of the unambiguous benefit of digging up a hundred tonnes of the phosphate for met studies.
    A main use of Phosphate rock is as fertiliser, some impurities render it unusable (maybe arsenic, perhaps?) and others are very expensive to remove.

    On the other hand, some phosphate is free of deleterious impurities and can be a DSO as it were.

    It would be very nice to know where we stand - just having phosphate is the first step, and if that fails we can go to JE with a clear mind.
