    "Managing Director and CEO Mr Tony Greenaway, was appointed to the board of directors in May 2011. He relocated with his family to be based in Santiago Chile in January 2012. This move is seen as a significant commitment by the Company, enabling the swift and more efficient establishment of the Company in Chile, and providing a stable executive management and board level presence in the country"

    Market cap based on this is silly IMHO..

    They are committed to it and have the cash to make things happen.
