Jackie, could not agree more. As it was such a material transaction, to say it was an 'administrative' oversight is a disgraceful thing by management and just shows utter incompetence by them.
As you say the risk is now of a load of shares being dropped into the market or a drawn out legal dispute over that buy back which of course will use up cash and take time. The lessor of two evils doesn't look good does it.
The last few announcements really have been a joke as well, the last App 3Y had to be rewritten as they messed something up in it and now this release from escrow of shares and screw up with the Boardman buyback. Even the release of shares from escrow looks as thought it has come out 4 months late, as Simmons and that only agreed to a 12 month escrow back in December 2015.
Jackie i liked your numbers the other day and have high hopes for this but the Board seem to be messing a lot of things up at the moment and to now be down here at 1.6c and with a potential big seller really is not where I think it should be or ought to be.
I really hope the next quarterly is a good one.
