They should have focused on something better with AI rather than the chat bot crap. The CUA one doesn't look very impressive anyway. I don't see tier 1 orgs adopting such a small player so the strategy itself is wrong. Something like CUA is where they should focus on. Anyway I don't see much of an upward trajectory from here but hope CW can prove me wrong.
