they certainly will sell - but they will partner first to get more drilling done. the reserves are proven, it's just a matter of getting the wells sorted. ATS are better off partnering to do that IMO.
you're right tho, sentiment needs to turn and that will take some time. if anything, COVID could prove an advantage as long as ATS can continue to tread water. With many debt leveraged shale companies going under and more mature plays becoming less productive, there is a good opportunity if all the stars align.
