They have to talk it up. The asset they hold is of value and there is great opportunity there, I don't believe we are being blind sighted.
It is quiet simple what they have done. Secured a valuable asset with proven results for a fraction of the cost of the initial investment to carry out research and establish the infrastructure. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending how you look at it) large firms pulled out of this one and planted their money elsewhere when the oil price hit the pavement.
Here we find ourselves with am amazingly low SP just when the company became profitable in the last year or so.
