I was thinking about a few of these points but you have summarised it nicely.
The biggest danger to this company is the possibility of shale oil becoming obsolete and too overpriced compared to conventional oil.
However they are still profitable at these oil prices and have entered into the play off the back of other billion dollar companies who have done most of the hard work for them.
If there are any medium to long term negatives I cannot see them at this stage.
I have more confidence in ATS than what I had with OSH, great small cap to expose yourself to the future oil price rebound.
