I agree I don't think there's any rush from a macroeconomic perspective.
microeconomically though, ATS cash flow can't sustain a drill let alone multiple drills needed. They have said they are an asset management company in their eyes, which is fine but means they need a partner to get anything moving. otherwise it's just renewing of leases.
the positive is that the third party drills appear to be going well which will generate interest in the overall play. ATS have a small working interest which is a good start but will take time to get critical mass on small WIs.
