Quarterly narrative also stated the following:
'There is a risk that NanoDX may not satisfy the FDA’s requirements for an EUA and/or the evaluation of NanoDX’s EUA submission may take longer than expected.'

None of that nonsense was written in today's half yearly which stated:
'The Group has engaged in a material agreement that will be fully disclosed once the sensor reaches FDA approval.'

A positive change in language used and it makes zero sense not to go through the EUA process. If that had changed Sensera would have announced it.
