When Sam says the "engagement with potential equity partners continues to be positive," he is signaling to shareholders that they are making progress towards a FID. I have no doubt that this is a complex negotiation involving OEMs, battery makers, governments, and export credit agencies. Our JV partners are being asked to stump up a lot of cash and there is significant risk involved. IMO, the fact that engagement continues to be positive is a good thing.
