Ann: Half Year Accounts - December 2023, page-2

The timeline stuck out again at me. They reference by June to have everything completed. They have 3 and half months left. Let's see.

COB has developed a detailed Forward Work Plan to the commencement of construction. Between December 2023
and June 2024 the plan is to:

 Complete testing of feedstock samples.
 Finalize the Refinery’s engineering and select engineering partner and construction firm.
 Secure binding feedstock contracts for the first 3–5 years of operation.
 Secure offtake contracts.
 Complete permit application studies; and
 Prepare financial information memorandum, identify sources of funds and close finance.
