there's nothing new with this statement.
it's the usual end statement qualification that all auditors make with a company that doesn't make a profit. not a huge concern or worry imo.

what's pleasing to see is that
1. $1.4m in the bank
2. that's up from paltry $ 127,000 6 months ago!
3. current liabilities down $1.2m

that's actually quite a pleasing situation.
we have cash in the bank and no immediate threats.

if we can raise the $5m in this CR it will put us in a superior situation to confront the financial costs of running nag and allow significant uplift in our drilling program. both are essential for an outfit like Nag.

imo our prospects are very good.
no real reason why we can't get the money in this CR, but it's nice to see a little enticement on offer too.

I think we are in a pretty good situation right now.
I also have a suspicion there is an investor around the corner ready to take a nice slice of nag. this type of CR has a familiar smell to it. if that's so, we may get a hint of what's to come later. takeover or more drilling, or both.... who knows.
