It’s a great company for those on the payroll - like bureaucrats getting their weekly pay cheque.
Take the agency away and 95% of them would be looking for a job.
The company cannot make a profit just receives fixed commissions for flogging another companies products, keeps enough cash in the bank to keep things tidy and dabbles with small time acquisitions (making sure their is no risk involved)
Could go on for years doing the same thing - shareholders just watch this organisation with an illiquid share price acting like a book keeper for Net-suite as they watch the new age of business technology sail on by
Larry Ellison the billionaire loves them, they along with all the other agents worldwide make him a fortune.
