something doesn't smell right here, the two periods comparison/contrast is crazy. Something has happened that is being swept under the mattress.

The cost of sales double from $1m to $2m and the revenue falls by $1.2m? crikey.... Dual CEO costs and redundancy costs don't fully explain this.

Unearned income doesn't look to be to blame either, smoke and mirrors here. crazy stuff.

Also only further brings into question how the CEO/Board thought it wise to pay a bloody dividend if things were this dire?!?
